College Foodie in Providence
I am a man passionate about cooking and helping those in need. I grew up in New York City, where I was exposed to diverse cuisines early on. Cooking with my grandmother since I was seven years old, I quickly developed a love for food and the art of cooking.
After serving in the Marine Corps, I focused on giving back to my community. My wife and I founded a non-profit organization dedicated to providing meals to those in need, and my lack of culinary skills has not been a detriment to this endeavor. I firmly believe in food’s power to unite people and make a positive difference in the world.
Despite my busy schedule, I still find time to indulge my passion for cooking and am known for my inventive and delicious dishes. Whether I am whipping up traditional family recipes or experimenting with new ingredients and techniques, I always bring my Puerto Rican flair and creativity to the table.
Through my work with my non-profit organization, I have become an essential part of my community, touching the lives of countless people with kindness, generosity, and a lack of culinary expertise.
